Bartosz Sroka Securinet — technology advisory, software projects, AI in organizations.

I advise, design, and build — from concept to a working system. I work with investors, founders, and companies that want to validate technology before they invest in it, or build it the right way.

I bring together technical depth and a business perspective. I help leaders make the right technology decisions — whether you’re evaluating an investment, building a new product, or bringing AI into your team’s daily work.

I work transparently: scope, phases, and responsibilities are agreed before we start. No hidden costs, no budget burned on unspoken assumptions.

Services

1. Technology advisory for investors

I support investors and decision-makers in the technical due diligence of projects. The scope includes research, participation in meetings and workshops with the potential target or portfolio company. I help you verify whether the assumptions hold up, assess technical risk, judge team quality, and pressure-test the product foundations.

I always quote the work upfront — you know what you’re paying for before we begin.

For: investors, VC funds, family offices, boards making technology investment decisions.

2. Software development projects advisory

I build digital products and systems in a proven, phased process. Each stage has a clear scope and deliverables — you know what you’re getting and when.

Pre-run — Product Discovery The most important phase. We define the business value and the scope of the Proof of Concept. Skip this step and every project ends with a burned budget.

PoC — Proof of Concept The fastest way to validate an idea. An interactive mockup or demo application that lets you actually test what the target solution can do. The phase ends with a timeline and an estimate for the work ahead.

Development phases The actual build, done iteratively. The number of phases scales with the project — a mobile app is usually around 5 phases, an IoT system 12–13.

The timeline and estimate aren’t set in stone. We can adjust scope and direction as the project unfolds — because good products come from dialogue, not from a rigid contract.

For: companies building a new product, founders with an idea to validate, and organizations that need a custom system.

3. In-situ consulting & training — AI in your organization

I step into your organization as an external partner. We meet once a week, and I actively work on your analytical and operational problems using AI. I also run AI training for employees and partners — from fundamentals to advanced applications in specific business processes.

I don’t sell theory. I work on real cases from your company.

The first meeting is a no-cost discovery session — we use it to figure out whether this kind of engagement makes sense for both sides.

For: companies that want to use AI in real operations — not just add an “AI” slide to a board deck.

How I work

Quoted upfront. Always. No invoice surprises.

In phases, not in the dark. Every stage ends with a concrete deliverable.

Flexibly. Scope and timeline can shift as we learn.

Transparently. You know what’s happening and why.
